How can I register for the Forum?
GBF Latin America is an invitation only event. If you have been sent an invitation, you will have a unique registration code which you can find on any of the official invitation emails we have sent you. If you have not been invited to attend but would like to apply to register, please contact us using the following form entering your details and why you would like to attend GBF Latin America. When will I receive confirmation that I am registered?
Once you have registered for GBF Latin America online, you will receive an email confirming your attendance. Please check your firewall setting and spam filter if you do not receive it. We will keep you up to date on the Forum with regular emails and you can contact us at any time if you have any questions or require any assistance with your attendance. Before the Forum
What is the cost of attending the Forum?
There is no charge to attend the event. GBF Latin America is a free to attend but by invitation only Forum.
Where can I view the agenda?
You can view the agenda online here: http://gbflatinamerica.com/programme-day-one
You can also download a Spanish and Portuguese version of the agenda from the same page.
How can I arrange meetings with other delegates at the event?
Registered delegates will receive an email, which contains log in details to access their personal GBF Latin America area. Here, you can see a list of all attendees to the Forum to arrange one on one meetings at the event. This area will be accessible to registered delegates only in the coming months.
In addition, the same area is available on the GBF Latin America app, which will be downloadable from the App store in September.

How can I download the event app?
The GBF Latin America app will be available to download from the App store and Google Play store from September. We will share the details of how to download it with registered delegates as soon as it is available.

Do I need to apply for a visa?

Where can I stay during the event?
Dubai offers a huge number of hotels covering a range of budgets and traveling around Dubai using public transport is very easy. Our official travel agents have recommended a number of hotels, which they can book on your behalf and can be seen on the log in page for registered delegates.
Can you assist with my travel arrangement?

How can I get to the venue?
The event is taking place at the Atlantis Hotel, The Palm. Dubai Taxi Corporation provide licensed taxis across the city which are available at a very reasonable rate. Taxis are easy to pick up and can be pre-booked or hailed on the street. This is the most direct way to access the Forum venue directly. More information can be found at http://www.dubaitaxi.ae
At The Conference
What is the dress code?
The dress code for the conference is national dress or business attire.
What are the event timings?
Registration for the event will open at 8am on 9th November with the Forum’s main programme starting at 9am. There is an evening reception on Day one of the Forum, which will conclude at around 22pm. On Day 2, the Forum starts at 9am and finishes at 16.30pm.
Are the presentations or research available on the web?
Please refer to the knowledge hub for research papers and industry insights. All information shared during the Forum will be sent to all the attendees after the event.
Are there any social events and do I need to register for these?
There is a gala dinner taking place at 19.00pm on 9th November. All delegates and speakers are invited to attend this event as part of their participation at the Forum.
I prefer to listen to presentations in my native language – is translation provided?
Yes, there will be simultaneous translation into Spanish, Portuguese and Arabic throughout the duration of the Forum.
